TASTING
We shall, above all, be happy to welcome you to our tasting cellar and to help you discover the variety of the vineyard and the grape varieties of our Minervois wines.
The tasting cellar is in the midst of the vines and so you’ll be suffused with the magical atmosphere of Clos Centeilles and the spirit of the Minervois La Livinière wines.
At Clos Centeilles, you can taste the wines from our winegrowing estate, stay in the gîte or in the chambre d’hôtes, and visit the wide variety of interesting places in this region.
As you leave the village of Siran, in the heart of the Minervois la Livinière appellation, a little road winds for 2.5 km through a superb landscape and leads to our winegrowing estate where the gîte or the chambre d’hôtes, whichever you like, are waiting for you.
The fireside in winter, and the gîte’s private terrace in summer, let you enjoy the charm and the calm of a place secluded from the world’s noise.
Our winegrowing estate is located in the middle of the triangle formed by the towns of Carcassonne (30 km), Narbonne (35 km) and Béziers (50 km).
On the borders of the High Languedoc National Park, only a few kilometres from the water-sports centre of the Jouarre Lake and the Canal du Midi, and near the cities of Carcassonne and Minerve, Romanesque chapels and Cathar castles, there’s an abundance of sporting and cultural activities.
