the past, a popular meeting-place, as is shown by a parcel called &#8220;foirail&#8221; in the land register, a name which is given to the fairground or the traces of Roman villa that we can see from the air on a rainy day. facing the South.\u00a0 The recognition in 1999 of the appellation \u201cMinervois la Livini\u00e8re\u201d was a reward for that choice.\u00a0 To the time of rescue of this abandoned terroir there has
